How We Work
Our process is built around precision, confidentiality, and alignment with your specific pathway. Here is how an engagement works from first contact to approved application.
- 01
Confidential Consultation
The first conversation is always confidential and carries no obligation. We discuss your situation, your intended pathway, and your timeline. By the end of the call, you will have a clear understanding of the documents required, the process timeline, and how we can help.
All initial consultations are conducted under strict confidentiality. Nothing you share is recorded, shared, or retained without your explicit consent.
- 02
Pathway Mapping and Proposal
We confirm the exact pathway that applies to your situation — HVR, business owner, corporate licensing, or staff relocation — and produce a written proposal setting out the scope of work, the deliverables, the timeline, and the fee structure. There are no hidden charges.
- 03
Document Instruction
You receive a precise, itemised list of every document required. We explain what each item is used for and the specific format required. We do not send vague checklists — we tell you exactly what we need and why.
- 04
Dossier Construction
We build the administrative architecture of your application. This includes drafting the Economic and Social Benefit Statement, the KYC portfolio, the corporate business plan, the employee justification documentation, or whatever the pathway requires. All work is reviewed by regulated legal and tax partners before delivery.
Financial documents are reviewed via encrypted connection only. We operate a zero-local-storage data policy — your documents are never downloaded, saved, or retained on our infrastructure.
- 05
Client Review
You review the completed dossier before it leaves our hands. We incorporate any amendments and produce the final version. Nothing is filed until you are satisfied.
- 06
Legal Handover and Submission
The completed, indexed dossier is handed to your appointed Jersey law firm. They review it, add any legal covering documentation required, and formally submit the application to the relevant government body — the Population Office, the Business Licensing Team, or otherwise.
- 07
Approval and Settlement
On official government approval, our success fee triggers (where applicable). We remain available to coordinate settlement logistics, professional introductions, and any ongoing administrative support required during your first months on the island.
